I keep hearing mixed reviews that certain parts of Pattaya are booming, lots of customers in TreeTown, Soi Buakhow, and some other bars. It’s possible that High Season will come now, because of Test and Go allowing more tourists to come to Thailand. But does anyone know what is the real situation? Safe to travel?
